Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Ski and Ride School Manager to lead the department, uphold resort values, and model leadership competencies.

You will oversee quality control, guest relations, sales generation, staff development, and financial responsibilities while coordinating with the Director of Skier Services and other departments to ensure efficient operations. The role requires strong staff leadership, experience in ski instruction, and the ability to work in a high-alpine environment;

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent (listed in requirements).
• Minimum of three years experience as a Ski & Ride School Instructor.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead location's supervisory team to meet employees, guests, resort, and business needs.
• Resolve guest complaints using company values and tools.
• Oversee quality control, labor management and safety for staff and guests.
• Communicate with leadership and departments to foster support and trust.
• Manage day-to-day supplies and program tools for operations.
• Model the company’s mission, vision and values and contribute to strategic initiatives.
