Vail Mountain is seeking a Team Lead for the Ski & Ride School, responsible for day-to-day operations, coordinating coaches, and guiding private lesson bookings. The role supports guest satisfaction and safety while collaborating with location Supervisors and Managers.

The position requires a High School Diploma, 2+ years in a Ski & Ride School, MS Office proficiency, and strong guest relations. Housing is available; winter seasonal full-time work in Colorado.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.
• Communicating with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assigning lessons using the priority code.
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their lessons.
• Facilitating the booking of private lessons.
• Guest service.
• Other duties as assigned.
