Mammoth Mountain is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Ski and Snowboard School in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The role covers daily, weekly, and seasonal administrative tasks to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are essential. Payroll/timekeeping experience and familiarity with Flaik, Siriusware, or Workday are preferred.

A little about the position: The Administrative Assistant conducts the daily, weekly and seasonal administrative functions of the Ski and Snowboard School.

Requirements: Strong computer skills are a must. Ability to work in a high pressure, multi-tasking, busy environment. Must be flexible, positive, and able to work in a team environment Strong social, verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail. High School graduate. Payroll/Timekeeping experience preferred. Previous experience in Flaik, Siriusware systems, Workday or equivalent HR/resort management systems is preferred. Previous experience in a Ski & Ride school environment is preferred.

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $25.00
