Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a skilled building maintenance technician to preserve the condition of its mountain properties in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This role focuses on upkeep and repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building systems.

Key responsibilities include maintaining facilities, performing repairs, and supporting grounds maintenance in a fast-paced resort environment. On-site work with seasonal and year-round opportunities and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with two years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial building maintenance with expertise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.

A little about this position:

Maintains physical condition of properties assigned.

Performs repairs in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, and flooring.

Performs general building and grounds maintenance.

Requirements

High school graduate with two years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of two years' experience in commercial building maintenance with expertise in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.

Hourly pay rate: $20.70 to $24.64
