Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant for the Ski & Ride School in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This role supports daily administrative tasks, payroll/timekeeping, and HR-system workflows in a fast-paced resort environment.

Strong computer skills, detail orientation, and teamwork are essential. Prior experience in a ski school setting and with Flaik/Siriusware/Workday is preferred. Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily, weekly and seasonal administrative tasks for the Ski & Ride School.
• Support payroll/timekeeping processes and HR systems as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in records and guest communications in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
