Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Desk leader to manage the front desk, bell, valet, and concierge operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager. You will train staff, oversee guest services, handle employee relations, and assist with purchasing as needed.

The role requires a four-year degree (preferred), 2+ years front desk/reservations experience, and 6–12 months supervisory background. MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Sirius, and Visual One experience are important.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Sirius and Visual One.
• Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate to guests, employees and management.
• Hourly pay rate: $25.00 to $32.50.
