Arapahoe Basin Ski Area is seeking a Programs Supervisor for the Ski and Ride School (SRS). You will guide program quality, staff scheduling for Kids Club Arapahoe, SES, Blackpackers, and other groups, and collaborate with SRS Management to staff daily operations.

The role requires supervising 30+ staff, ensuring safety, coaching instructors, and developing new programs while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. Position starts November 1, 2026 and is based on-site in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Three years Ski and Ride School instruction.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Available on weekends and holidays.
• Background check clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise the operations for SRS Specialty programs.
• Schedule and supervise 30+ staff for the full range of programs.
• Oversee 3+ indoor staff and 25+ pros during daily operations.
• Ensure guest/parent satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Develop and drive business opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
