Job summary

Arapahoe Basin Ski & Ride School is seeking a Supervisor of Snow Sports Operations to bridge business goals with on-snow excellence. You will lead a busy team, oversee Kids Center prep, class distribution and daily staffing to meet client demand and performance targets.

The role requires 3+ years of snowsports instruction and supervisory background, with strong communication and scheduling skills to manage 60+ staff across shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous snowsports instruction.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to use scheduling and inventory software (RTP and Flaik).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of 25+ pros, prep Kids Center, print tickets, run line up, assign classes.
• Schedule 60+ staff to meet daily volumes of Snow Sports School.
• Enforce department policies and coach, support and evaluate pros.
• Oversee daily operations and adjust plans to meet financial goals.
• Support recruitment, training and policy development for the department.
