Job summary

Arapahoe Basin is seeking a Ski & Ride School Operations Supervisor to bridge business goals with on-snow execution. You will work with the leadership team to foster authenticity and excellence, ensuring every day in the Ski & Ride School is memorable for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Snowsports instruction experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using RTP and Flaik scheduling/inventory software
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Able to work weekends/holidays
• Own ski or snowboard equipment and gear for outdoor conditions
• Background check will be completed

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Ski & Ride School
• Schedule staff to meet business volumes
• Enforce department policies and procedures
• Coach, support, and evaluate pros
• Develop opportunities to enhance guest experience
• Lead a guest-centered culture aligned with company vision
• Assist in recruiting, training, and policy development
• Conduct instructor observations and appraisals
• Document instructor discussions and actions
• Coordinate private and group lessons/tickets in RTP and Flaik
