Job summary

The Ski & Ride School Team Lead role in Breckenridge, CO oversees daily operations of SRS locations for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will schedule coaches, assign classes, and coordinate private lessons while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

You will liaise with Supervisors, Managers and General Managers and be ready to assist indoors or outdoors. 2+ years in a Ski and Ride School; English fluency; PSIA/AASI cert preferred; MS Office & RPOS useful; housing may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• PSIA/AASI certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with a Ski and Ride School.
• Strong guest service and organizational skills.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule coaches and assign classes for daily operations.
• Facilitate booking of private lessons and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate safety policies and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with location Supervisors, Managers and General Managers.
• Support indoor and outdoor operations as needed.
