Gossett Motor Cars in Memphis is seeking a Sales & Leasing Specialist to greet customers, identify interests, and guide them through the purchase process. You will follow up with prospects by email and phone, building relationships to close sales.

The role offers a training salary with bonus structure, generous benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned dealer group. Excellent earning potential and an upbeat team environment are emphasized.

Competenze

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with ability to develop relationships (a “people person”).
• Excellent follow up skills to close deals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to greet customers, ask for the sale and build rapport.
