Gossett Motor Cars in West Tennessee is seeking Experienced Sales Associates to join our expanding automotive group. You will greet customers, follow up with prospects by phone and email, and learn detailed product information to close sales.

We offer an aggressive salary and bonus structure, a generous benefits package, and a work schedule averaging 45 hours per week with Sundays closed (except last Sunday of the month). Top performers earn six-figure incomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, including inside/outside and retail sales is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with ability to develop relationships (a “people person”).
• Excellent follow up skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive.
• Follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone.
• Gain knowledge of customer interests to assist their purchase.
