Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation at a Maryland site. You will be the safety champion, combining hands-on management with strategic thinking to protect associates and sustain productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze data, lead audits, manage first aid and emergency response, and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience required.
• 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Perform site audits and track incident trends to drive improvements.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
