Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead our global WHS program and help create the world's safest work environment. You will be the safety champion at the site, conducting risk assessments, leading audits, and guiding safety initiatives with Operations leadership.

This role requires strong data analytics, stakeholder influence, and experience in manufacturing or service operations, plus certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS/environmental programs.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and site safety audits.
• Analyze safety data and drive data-informed improvements.
• Develop and manage the first aid program and emergency response.
• Partner with Operations leadership to embed safety in daily work.
