Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years in people and performance management roles.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; lean/process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program with Operations leadership input to embed safety into daily operations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and convert safety data into actionable strategies.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and drive performance measurement and site audits.
