Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a WHS Manager at our Maryland site to lead a comprehensive safety program, driving culture change and risk reduction across operations. You will partner with Operations to embed safety into daily work and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

With 5+ years in EHS and a track record in lean process improvements, you will develop leadership plans, manage a team of WHS professionals, and ensure compliance with safety policies while protecting our people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in EHS/environmental programs in manufacturing/production/service ops
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 3 weeks of start date
