Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead the Global WHS Program implementation, conduct risk assessments, and transform safety data into actionable improvements. You will partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work and drive compliance across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, technical WHS expertise, and excellent communication to engage associates and site leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and drive safety improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
• Maintain first aid and emergency response capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
