Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in West Jefferson, OH is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our global WHS program and drive safety excellence across operations. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and oversee audits to protect associates while supporting productivity.

Partner with Operations leadership to implement safety initiatives, manage the first aid program, and lead emergency response capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident trend analyses.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities at the site.
