Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program and partner with Operations to embed safety into daily work.
• Serve as site WHS facilitator, using data-driven insights to reduce risk and improve productivity.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and drive continuous safety improvement.
• Influence site leaders and drive cross-functional safety initiatives.
