Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Jefferson, GA is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety, lead the Global WHS Program, and partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, oversee audits, manage first aid and emergency response, and drive initiatives that protect associates while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.
• Experience in distribution centers or manufacturing EHS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site WHS program and safety initiatives in collaboration with Operations leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Oversee site audits, incident trend analysis, and continual compliance efforts.
• Manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities to ensure immediate care.
• Engage and influence associates to embed a safety culture and sustain productivity.
