Job summary

Allied Universal in Richmond, Virginia seeks a Site Supervisor to lead on-site security operations for a client site. The role covers staffing, scheduling, training, quality assurance, and contract compliance to ensure safe, reliable service.

The position is full-time with an hourly pay rate of $24.00 and a standard Monday–Friday shift from 7:30am to 3:30pm. At least 1 year of security and 6 months supervisory experience are required, with orientation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Preferred: Military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, 1+ year supervisory experience in security.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
