Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the on-site security team and ensure quality service for a client site. The role oversees staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with post orders and contract requirements.

The position runs 7 AM–3 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Candidates should have relevant security supervisory or law enforcement experience and be proficient with access control systems and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Service in active-duty military, military reserves, National Guard, Auxiliary Police, Police Cadets, or supervisory experience in security-related industry or higher education required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance on shift.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys preparation.
