Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance for a client site. The role emphasizes contract compliance and cost control, with defined responsibilities for payroll and incident reporting.

We offer weekly pay at $20.00 per hour, full-time hours, and benefits including health insurance and 401k plans. Strong communication and supervisory experience in security are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security function aspects on-site including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary.
