Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for a client site. You will ensure compliance with contract terms and coordinate with management on productivity and post orders.

The role requires 1+ years of security and supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass licensing tests. Starting wage is $20.50/hour with full-time benefits after 60 days and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Be 18+ years old (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel performance and enforce contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and apply disciplinary actions when needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
