Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site in the Williamsburg area.

The role requires overseeing staffing, training, and on-site supervision while maintaining contract compliance and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring supervisory security experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Age 18+ (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Proven ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and their performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate communications on-site.
