Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for on-site security services. The role covers operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance at a client site.

The position offers a starting pay of $20.55 per hour, with hours from 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday, though shifts may vary to meet coverage needs. Responsibilities include staff oversight, scheduling, training, client communication, and compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing for the position.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets one or more: active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets; at least 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience in security; or an associate's degree or higher.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment or console monitors.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong problem-solving and listening skills.
• Ability to compile, sort, interpret data; research and investigate information; mediate conflicts; write clearly; work in a team; pay attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training for personnel).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Monitor quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and their performance.
• Handle payroll, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications per post orders.
• Offer recommendations for productivity and cost reduction to management.
• Advise on physical security surveys and post orders.
