Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site. You will supervise staffing, scheduling and on-site training to meet contract requirements and maintain efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory security experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; you must pass state-required training and licensing if applicable, and you will receive

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, or minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate with the public.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mediate conflicts and conduct data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
