Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training at a client's site. You will ensure training, screenings, and contract compliance are met, while managing overtime and performance evaluations.

The role involves coordinating with the client, handling payroll-related tasks, incident reporting, and implementing post orders. Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys documentation.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
