Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Williamsburg to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client site.

The role focuses on on-site staffing, training, contract compliance, and coordination with client requests, including payroll and incident reporting. Strong leadership and communication are essential to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Higher education in any discipline is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Regularly inspect personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under direct supervision.
• Respond to client requests and implement emergency notifications per site orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary/commendation decisions.
• Suggest productivity improvements and cost-reduction opportunities to management.
