Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site. The role ensures staffing, training, and contract compliance while maintaining service quality and cost efficiency.

The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage incident reporting, scheduling, and payroll tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with benefits after 60 days for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Possess one or more: military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS requirements.
• Maintain service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide supervision and direction to subordinates.
