Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing screening program across multiple sites in the region. You will act as the on-site technical lead, delivering screenings, ensuring quality, and supporting real-time workflow needs.

The role involves staffing, training, reporting, and coordinating with hospital leadership while meeting performance expectations. Weekend coverage may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or equivalent.
• Prior experience with newborns or in healthcare setting preferred.
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screenings to ensure all eligible babies are screened.
• Manage on-site staffing and scheduling and review timecards.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s with monthly staff meetings.
• Interact with hospital leadership and present periodic reports.
• Monitor state and hospital reporting and ensure timely submission.
• Oversee equipment checks and ensure proper use of PPE and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
