Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent roles in mission-critical or hyperscale construction.
• Experience supervising multi-trade sites and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, QA/QC, and commissioning workflows.
• Proven client-facing on-site authority and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient with Procore, BIM 360 or similar field tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead STC field operations and supervise on-site labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, and trade teams.
• Serve as STC’s on-site representative to GC superintendents and owner reps.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules aligned with the GC master schedule.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and monitor field progress and productivity.
• Lead safety activities, toolbox talks, and risk mitigation on site.
