Smart Tech Contracting is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure in Texas for hyperscale data center projects ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. You will lead on-site operations, supervise labor and subcontractors, and coordinate across trades, serving as the primary on-site representative to GC superintendents and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent experience in mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Experience supervising multi-trade sites and managing subcontractors and partner firms.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across trades and conduct coordination meetings to maintain execution flow.
• Own site safety, schedule, quality management, and field coordination across the full project lifecycle.
