Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure in Texas to lead on-site field operations for hyperscale data center projects—from 40 MW to 200 MW.

You will supervise STC labor, subcontractors, and partner firms while coordinating across electrical, mechanical, automation, and commissioning trades, and you will be the primary STC representative to GC superintendents and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field leadership on mission-critical/hyperscale construction.
• Experience supervising multi-trade sites and subcontractors.
• Strong sequencing, safety, QA/QC and commissioning knowledge.
• Ability to be primary site authority and client-facing.
• Experience coordinating with GC, owner representatives and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field operations and supervise labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation and commissioning trades.
• Serve as STC’s primary on-site representative to GC and owner reps.
• Lead coordination meetings, site walks, and trade alignment sessions.
• Manage safety, schedule and quality across the project lifecycle.
