Smart Tech Contracting in Atlanta, GA seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on hyperscale data center projects from 40 MW to 200 MW. You will supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms, coordinating electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, and commissioning activities to ensure safety and schedule.

• Experience with multi-trade construction sites
• Proficiency with construction docs and schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subs, and partners.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls and commissioning.
• Serve as primary on-site representative to GC superintendents and owner reps.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and site walks to maintain execution flow.
• Enforce QA/QC and protect schedule and quality.
