Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site operations for hyperscale and colocation data center projects in Texas, including Big Spring and surrounding areas. You will supervise all labor, subcontractors, and partner firms, coordinating across trades and maintaining schedule, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent experience in mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and escalation skills with client-facing experience.
• Proficiency with construction documentation, drawings, schedules, and digital field tools (Procore, BIM 360, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and ensure work is executed per contract documents and specifications.
• Uphold safety standards (OSHA/NFPA 70E), manage risks, and improve quality and execution across the lifecycle of construction, startup, and commissioning.
