Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure in Atlanta to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects. You will supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms, coordinating electrical, mechanical, automation, and commissioning activities to protect schedule, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent experience in mission-critical or hyperscale construction.
• Experience supervising multi-trade sites and managing subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.
• Ability to serve as primary site authority and client-facing representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and partners.
• Direct field execution for installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure work aligns with contract documents and drawings.
• Represent STC professionally during owner, GC, and commissioning site walks.
• Complete tasks on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality.
