Smart Tech Contracting, LLC in Texas is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead field execution on hyperscale data center projects. You will supervise all STC labor, subcontractors, and partner firms, coordinating across trades to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a proven track record in mission-critical construction, strong leadership presence, and the ability to manage on-site teams and client-facing interactions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in field leadership roles on mission-critical/hyperscale projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and partner firms across multiple trades.
• Excellent communication with trades and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking and commissioning.
• Enforce QA/QC and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Manage safety, schedule, and budget across the full lifecycle of projects.
