Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent for the Advanced Facilities Group to plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects across multiple locations. You will oversee material, equipment, and people management while ensuring documentation and project goals support timely, profitable completion.

The role requires strong leadership in safety, coordination with owners and design teams, and effective communication with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Communication skills, verbal and written (Intermediate).
• Proficiency in project management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and creates awareness; mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages project site care, custody and control.
