Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent for the Advanced Facilities Group. The role plans, manages and executes projects, handling materials, people, and documentation to meet goals and profitability.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, and supervise field staff across multiple sites in a large-scale program. You will manage schedules, track costs, and participate in pre-con planning with site leaders.

Qualifications

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Attends project reviews and progress meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Tracks costs and budgets using project reports.
• Ensures QA/QC and compliance with specifications.
