Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
• 3+ years of construction experience.
• 1+ years of field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture on the job site and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, and coordination of Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develops subcontractor work plans and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care and control, and leads meetings.
• Maintains project schedule with Project Manager and tracks progress.
