Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Indiana's Frankfort area to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, training, and client satisfaction. The role focuses on safeguarding personnel and property while ensuring contract compliance and cost controls on a business site.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of security supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass required licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state training/licensing requirements.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Must have supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Keep overtime to a minimum and within AUS designations.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance; inspect personnel performance.
• Coordinate with client and respond to requests; implement post orders.
