Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicles.
• At least one year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security functions on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
• Advise on security surveys and post orders.
