Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Indianapolis to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training. You will ensure contract compliance, maintain client relations, and manage incident reporting and post orders.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year supervisory security experience, and ability to pass required licensing or training. Health benefits, orientation, and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Pass state-required training or licensing (as applicable).
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Minimum one year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline (preferred).
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if armed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or designated level.
• Ensure service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction and disciplinary actions for subordinates.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
• Assist in security surveys and cost-reduction recommendations.
