Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to lead on-site security operations for a client site in Kentucky. The role covers staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and quality of service.

The position requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Service in active-duty military, reserves, National Guard, or related security experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age (21+ if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or predefined level.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance through inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and notify emergencies per post orders.
