Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Indiana to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for a client site. The role demands strong supervisory experience and a focus on quality and compliance.

You will manage overtime, supervise personnel, handle payroll and incident reports, and coordinate with the client to ensure post orders are followed and service levels meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass state-required training and licensing where applicable.
• 18+ years of age (21+ if armed) and able to operate radio/console.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Manage overtime to a minimum or preset AUS requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures.
• Advise on security surveys and post orders.
