Qualifications

• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Supervisory experience in security-related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal/pre-set level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys; post orders.
