Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function for a client in Terre Haute. The role includes staffing, scheduling, on-site training, contract compliance, and day-to-day administration to maintain service quality and operational profitability.

You will supervise security personnel, ensure required training and licensing, manage incidents and reports, coordinate with the client, and implement post orders.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets the following preferred qualifications: supervisory experience in security, associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance via regular inspections.
