Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site security operations for a client site in Roanoke, Texas. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance.

The role requires supervising personnel, coordinating payroll tasks, reviewing incident reports, and liaising with the client to meet service levels. Pay is $24.50 per hour with weekly payroll and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training/licensing.
• At least 1 year of verifiable supervisory security experience.
• 18+ years of age (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security post orders.
