Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site. The role covers staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service.

The Site Supervisor will oversee training, performance, and client communications, while handling related payroll and incident reporting tasks. Strong leadership and security experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company- or client-provided vehicle.
• One year of supervisory experience in security- related industry.
• Minimum age 18 (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and interpret data.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security on-site tasks (staffing, scheduling, on-site training) are performed diligently.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or as designated.
• Inspect personnel and their performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Contribute to post orders and security surveys.
